Job Description:

Summary: This position will be responsible for daily, weekly & monthly balancing of hog procurement. Write procurement checks based on grade and yield. Write procurement checks for \"contract\" payments, set up paperwork on incoming loads, distribute reports, maintain reports and file paperwork. Assist producers and buyers research and resolve problems with payments or yields and may include contacting buyers or corporate personnel. Will cross-train in all areas and shifts of the office to provide vacation and sick-day coverage.

Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, Word, Outlook, Excel. Knowledge of SAP systems is a plus. Must be self-motivated and able to work with little to no direct supervision. Must be able and willing to maintain confidentiality of company records. Good interpersonal communication and phone etiquette required. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience: 3+ years' in similar position preferred. Travel: Minimal

This is a night position: 10:30 p.m. - 7:00 am
