Job Description:

This is a part-time position that is responsible for monitoring daily traffic entering & leaving the Tyson Fresh Meats, Inc. facility, answering phones and communication with Material Handling on status of loads. These positions are also responsible for monitoring what is being brought into, and out of, the facility and enforcing Tyson policy, if needed. This position is also in constant communication with truck drivers, vendors, customers of Tyson Fresh Meats, and Team Members. Other job assignment/duties may be assigned by supervisor. The Security department runs 3 shifts and shift assignment will be determined upon job offer.

Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (not required)

Experience: None

Computer Skills: Basic computer skills Communication Skills: Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills, and able to effectively communicate under stressful situations. Position Specific Requirements: Must have excellent attendance (5 points or less for internal applicants), disciplinary & safety records, able to work in both hot & cold temperatures, be able to work both independently & under supervision, and have a positive work ethic & attitude.
