Job Description:

SUMMARY:

Under general guidance of Sr. Director Executive Rewards deliver on Tyson's unique executive team member value proposition through effective and efficient stock plan administration and communications and support of executive team member compensation programs to accelerate business growth and meeting of business objectives.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage stock plan administration through external vendor, support team member and executive inquiries and resolve escalated service issues

  • Partner with internal partners (Legal, Accounting, Tax, HR, etc) and external partners (vendors, consultants, etc.) to ensure stock plan administration compliance

  • Conduct periodic SOX controls and compile data for SEC filings (i.e. Form 4, proxy, 10K, etc.) and perform periodic data validation as needed

  • Facilitate distribution of periodic executive compensation and stock awards communications

  • Manage officer market survey data (i.e. ensure maintenance of accurate and up to date market matches)

  • Conduct annual and periodic executive rewards market competitiveness reviews and analyses

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of officer compensation and staffing changes through shared services resources

  • Assist in production of reports, illustrations, and meeting materials for executive rewards design impact analysis and related Senior Management and Board presentations

  • Support severance plan reporting and data analysis for unique and special severance matters (i.e. divestitures, acquisitions, etc.) and coordinate outplacement vendor services Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities

  • Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required

EXPERIENCE:

3+ years directly related experience. Stock plan administration experience preferred. CEP (Executive Compensation), CCP (Compensation) or similar certification a plus.
