Job Description:


This position provides analytical support to enable decision making by Supply Chain Management, BU Management, Sales Management, and Plant Operations. This position will provide analytical support for Production Planning Managers,which can include inventory position vs target, capacity utilization, raw material utilization, shortage reports, and mix planning data analysis. This position will also provide key support for the S&OP and Target Inventory processes via the preparation of reports and management of master data. Other duties include: preparation of enterprise-wide inventory reports and analysis, raw materials analysis, and KPI reports. A key focus of this position will be improving and automating current processes, as well as innovating and implementing new reports and analyses to support the supply chain organization.


Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Experience: 3+ years of experience. Experience with production planning and operations is a plus.

Computer Skills: Intermediate computer skills. Must be capable of performing complex excel calculations and formulas. With knowledge of PPS, BOM and SAP is critical.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Special Skills: Strong problem solving skills; experience in breaking down complex problems and solving them in an action oriented environment. Must have exceptional analytical skills.

Supervisory: No direct supervisory, but requires the ability to work within a team and through others outside the team to accomplish tasks.

Travel: 1-5 domestic trips per year.
