Job Description:

SUMMARY: The primary responsibilities of this position are to assist the Sr. Treasury Manager with corporate-wide cash management activities/initiatives and daily funding of the corporation.

Specific responsibilities include: Providing analytical support for: Cash forecasting processes & tools; automation of daily cash management activities; letter of credit portfolio; working capital projections, and other strategic treasury activities.

Daily management of commercial paper portfolio: Working with Treasury Analyst and commercial paper dealers to ensure daily liquidity needs are met.

Monthly and Quarterly financial reporting: Working with financial reporting and corporate accounting on monthly and quarterly closing activities.

Backing-up Treasury Analyst: Initiate properly-authorized daily wires & ACH transfers; review/monitor daily bank accounts for suspicious activities; and maintain daily target balances for company's bank accounts.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor's degree; Finance or Accounting preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience or equivalent with an emphasis on treasury or financial analysis.

Computer Skills: Requires intermediate computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively interact with key management leadership at all levels.

Travel: Minimal travel may be required.
