Description

This position is responsible for inventory of all the farms that need feed delivery, as well as running the computer to make the feed while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Tasks

Team Member will be making feed to fill feed orders for contract growers, must be able to lift up to 60 lbs., push, pull, bend, squat, climb stationary ladders, and sit for extended periods of time. May work in variable conditions including heat, high humidity, cold, dusty and high altitudes. Must keep office area and pellet mill floor clean and must work well with others. Must be able to function effectively in a team environment and interact productively with all levels of management and operations as required. Computer skills Competent in windows based software. Communication Skills able to communicate both verbally and in writing.

Requirements

Must have a flexible schedule, must not own, possess, or otherwise maintain any domestic, wild or exotic fowl to be considered. Must have 3 months of work history in the last 6 months. Must be able to work a computer proficiently, must be able to complete all tasks assigned by management. Applicants will be considered from the following Counties in AR. Washington, Madison, Benton, McDonald in Mo and Adair County in OK.
