Tyson Foods Maintenance Intern in Rogers, Arkansas
Summary: The position holder will assist the Plant Operations teams in troubleshooting, process improvement activities, and other duties as assigned in order to improve efficiencies, quality, profitability and/or competitiveness. They will also gain exposure to operation support departments such as Accounting, Safety, Quality Assurance and Human Resources, etc. as well as become familiar with the various parts of the production process. Our Interns are expected to contribute to our success through innovative ideas and value creation.
Education: Actively enrolled in high school or Vocational Tech Program.
Experience: Previous work experience of any kind is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills.
Special Skills: A successful candidate for an Intern position should possess the following: Be a motivated self-starter who has the desire to learn from others; ability to work independently or as part of a team; strong problem solving skills; time management and multitasking abilities; and strong interpersonal skills.
