This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.


This is a temporary position that involves working in any department of the Pasco Plant facility and outside cleaning. These positions will involve frequent pushing, pulling, carrying, and lifting up to 40 pounds with the exception of Material Handling department, which will involve 60-100 pounds frequently. Work is performed in extreme hot, wet environment, or cold environment with temperatures ranging from 35 to 100 degrees. The position will involve working above shoulder level and standing 8-10 hours a day. The work environment includes working around weeds and, the sight and smell of meat product. The Team Member must be willing to complete all required training for the job and perform any other duties as assigned.


Must be available to work all shifts, including weekends, and available for overtime. All job offers are based on the conditions that the candidate can provide proof of authorization to work legally in the United States and pass a urinalysis screening which is part of the post-offer health assessment. Only candidates from the following counties will be considered Franklin, Benton, Walla Walla, Yakima, Grant, Adams and Umatilla.
