Job Description:

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for supervising management support accounting personnel.

Job responsibilities include: monitoring expenditures; developing and implementing internal controls; monitoring for fiscal compliance; evaluating cost effectiveness; generating internal/external reports; analyzing information; managing customer relations.

Specific responsibilities include scalehouse accounting, yield reporting, payroll accounting, profit & loss reporting, CIR reporting, and month-end general ledger reporting; other duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Requires a Bachelor's degree in an academic field related. Accounting degree preferred. 12 hours minimum Accounting required.

Experience: 3+ years Accounting/Finance experience with at least 3 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Computer Skills: Standard computer skills including generating spreadsheets and word processing. SAP experience would be beneficial.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communications skills are essential.

Supervisory: This position is responsible for supervising management support team members.

Travel: 1-5 domestic trips per year.
