Description

This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Tasks

Applicants will be considered for any general labor type opening on any shift. Applicants will be considered for any general labor open positions at the Feed Mill. Job Duties include, but are not limited to general housekeeping duties associated with the Mill, material handling and minor maintenance. Other duties will be assigned by supervisor. Must be willing to lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds. Must be able and willing to work in all outdoor weather conditions to include heat, cold, wet, dry and dampness. Standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling and reaching are required. Must be willing to standing for up to 8 hours per day. The Glen Allen Complex Safety Goal is Zero Accidents.

Requirements

Must be able to work varying hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
