Description

Education High School diploma or equivalent. Formal training from an Air-conditioning Refrigeration Technical School is a plus. RETA and IIAR Ammonia Refrigeration training is preferred. Must have at least two (2) years of consecutive employment at a previous employer within the last 4 years. Experience 3 + years Industrial Ammonia Refrigeration and equipment room experience in a food plant preferred experience in the Air Conditioning Refrigeration industry a plus industrial maintenance experience a plus. Team member must have working knowledge of electrical testing equipment and basic hand and power tools. Extensive knowledge of Industrial Safety procedures is preferred. RETA I Certification and Refrigerant Transition and Recovery Certification preferred. Must be able to read and understand Equipment and System P ID's. Must be able to pass a respiratory physical. Computer Skills Must have a working knowledge of Windows based software, such as Microsoft Excel and Word. Communication Skills Must be able speak, read and write fluently in English and possess a high level of written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills and interact professionally with all levels of the organization. This position is a B-shift Maintenance position working Generally working M-F. Saturday work required when the facility operates on Saturdays.
