Job Description:

SUMMARY :

This position is responsible for performing physical and visual inspections of product and plant systems; documenting and calculating results accurately; taking corrective action when necessary (alert appropriate personnel to adjust process; identify, segregate, & isolate non-conforming product) and report results to management; all team members are responsible for safety, this includes but is not limited to personal safety and food safety; assisting in maintaining the documentation of the Plant's HACCP Program; other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS :

Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 1 year in HACCP/QA or equivalent training and/or experience preferred.

Computer Skills: Requires basic computer skills.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual a plus.

Special Skills: Prefer trained/certified from an approved HACCP training program.

Supervisory: None.

Travel: None
