SUMMARY: The Manager, Digital Media & Data is a member of the Marketing Communication and Design team. Responsibilities include overseeing the development and implementation of our owned media channel strategy, including brand websites andother digital channels for Tyson's Prepared & Poultry Brands. This role will be vital in identifying new opportunities to utilize owned media as a key driver of business and brand objectives. The Manager, Digital Media & Data will report directly to the Director of Media Innovation and Digital Engagement. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Create enterprise-wide best practices regarding brand website strategy and management. Support the brand teams to evaluate specific needs and opportunities for individual sites. Lead SEO content practices with digital agency to strengthen user experience and site effectiveness. Oversee owned social channel strategies and administration needs, including YouTube, Pinterest,Facebook, etc. Support development of eCommerce capabilities and liaise with the eCommerce team. Identify & execute tools and technologies to enhance user experiences, enable robust insights, and improve measurement capabilities. Create andsupport owned media data collection strategies & practices. Owns web related technology partnerships & contracts, including Bazaar Voice, Channel Advisor, Google Analytics, etc. Identify new owned channels act as effective marketing tools.Act as marketing liaison to IT and digital agency on website development needs. Collaborate with other Tyson functions and partner agencies to enable integration across other media channels (paid and earned, particularly SEM). Consult withinternal and agency teams on a day-to-day basis regarding execution need. Develops taxonomies for both website navigation and data management. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years experience with digital media channels with emphasis on website strategy. Candidates should have significant experience identifying roles and strategies for websites based on business and consumer needs, particuarly within CPG. Leadership experience with SEO and SEM required. Experience with e-commerce a plus. Ability to express ideas concisely both verbally and in writing. Candidates should be highly productive, organized, and a self starter. Candidate should show a strong sense of commitment and the tenacity to overcome obstacles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
