SUMMARY: Responsible for key deliverables to ensure accuracy and maintenance of trade within various trade systems for assigned customers. Monitor invoice accuracy & resolve issues/errors to minimize deductions, actualize promotions, maintain customer promotion backup, create customer check payments, and assist in the development of customer contracts. Support the maintenance of customer/team scorecards and develop key reports out of various trade systems. Support ad hoc requests for Customer Planning Analysts (CSA) and Team Performance Manager (TPM) for assigned customers.
Responsible for trade plan input and deduction maintenance for assigned customer teams; support TPM & CPA to analyze, update and monitor forecast and trade spend accuracy; maintain customer promotion calendar and distribute to appropriate parties; provide support on baseline/incremental planning and post promotional analytics. Assist CPA in ongoing maintenance of Customer and/or Team scorecards; price bandwidth monitoring and analysis with TPM and CPA; coordinate with CSAMs on order fulfillment issues; establish, nurture, and maintain productive working relationships with key customer and internal stakeholders.
Education: Requires education beyond high school including special training, vocational school and/or college courses. Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Experience: 3+ years' work experience.
Computer Skills: Standard computer skills, Microsoft Applications (Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook)
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Travel: 3-6 domestic trips per year

THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL CLERICAL POSITION THAT IS PAID HOURLY.
This position does not offer reimbursement for interview expenses and/or relocation assistance.
