Job Description:


The primary responsibility of this position will be to perform data analysis and reporting on commodities to support Tyson's supplier performance program. Additionally, this role will need assist in continuous improvement projects, quality projects, and supplier reviews. Projects will involve multiple areas of supply chain and give cross-functional experience.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Prepare KPIs for suppliers

  • Create supplier dashboards

  • Create compliance dashboards

  • Submit and manage claims for products

  • Audit data integrity

  • Data analysis and presentations

  • Participate in continuous improvement projects


Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Experience: 1+ years of business related experience preferred.

Computer Skills: Above average computer skills and knowledge of ERP systems, SAP knowledge is preferred. Proficient with Excel.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Analytic Skills: Must be able to identify patterns or changes in large data sets.

Special Skills: This position requires independent thought and ability to take initiative while working as part of a team.
