Job Description SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the supervision of production Team Members, for quality, safety, and any additional assignments deemed appropriate by management. The individual in this position must work closely with the management team in achieving objectives; accept full accountability, assignments and day-to-day department responsibility; must be a team player.

REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience: 2+ years in Harvest Floor preferred; must have general knowledge of production operations and techniques; food safety; product yields and USDA regulations. Computer Skills: Basic computer skills. Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills;bilingual helpful. Special Skills: Team Leader, problem solving and special projects; extra consideration given to team members with technical skills; must possess skills to complete Tyson paperwork; ability to lead by example and motivatethe hourly workforce. Supervisory: This person manages the receiving, penning and moving of livestock to the slaughter department in a humane manner. Travel: 0 - 10%.
